The only thing I can think of that'd be nice is on the buildable structures. Rather than their size being listed as Small, Medium or Large, actual building dimensions would be handy. :)

I completely agree! I'd love to get something like that as it could open up a whole lot of offline building and planning and other things I'm sure everyone else will think of. I've been told that it's not quite so easy to pull directly so it's on the "maybe eventually" list.

These are some of the additions we hope to be able to bring you by the end of next week, just to keep you aprised of some of the things we've got in the works...

(and thank Amon! He was able to wrap his head around some of these things and get them to us. Thanks Amon!)

    *Teleport Locations/Destinations
    *Shrine Locations
*Fix up some of the NPC listings (NPC's part of a Player Structure, for instance, will not be shown since not all worlds have the same plots & buildings)
*NPC Vendor Inventories - So you can find just where to purchase that certain item (or IF you can!)

Also, for those that were expecting the newbie guides up this week (like me)...I got caught up planning an event unexpectedly and didn't get the editing done I wanted to.

I haven't forgotten and they will go up.

What we do need now is help with Epic Quests. Even if it's just skeletal walkthroughs. We can have our team flesh them out.

Any and all help is appreciated.

And Lorbies? I have an idea on how to get your lore faster but it's going to require your participation so keep watching...

    1) Could you give a brief example of what you mean by this? Here's a couple ways I was thinking of:

    Detailed instructions?
    -Get quest from <NPC name> at </printpos of NPC> in <city>
-<Step 1 of quest>:Go to </printpos location of where to do this> near <city> and gather <X number of item Y>
-<Step 2 of quest>: Return to <NPC> and greet while <item Y> is in inventory

    -or-
    Simple listing?
    <Quest name>: <NPC, location, requirements like level/class>
    <Step 1 as shown on quest screen>
    <Step 2>
    ...

So what's your definition of "detailed", and how would it be most effective to format submissions?

    2) Where/how do we submit these? E-mail? Form on site?

    Finally) I love your site!!

Gena, there was a contest for quest submissions a while back. Do a search for it, or go back a few pages to find it. I am sure if that system was implored, then theyd be happy. (it included the setup to make quests and the lists of the scripting options in a quest and some info about the variables used, a few of us made other topics to make it into a simpler template, but that didnt fully form up)...

Good site btw... Very nifty how things are being organized. The bottlecaps hoardvalues arent listed though (the best collection offers a ton of HV).

I also hope a list of quests offered by X NPC's will make it in there; it'd be nice to see the extent of the content that does exsist.

What we plan to have is detailed walkthrought's that are fully texted based for all the epic quests. There may or may not be a "cheat sheet", which would essentially list the steps with no descriptions. We want the walkthroughs to give background on the lore, details descriptions of regions you have to travel to, recommendations on how best to accomplish a certain task and even include some snazzy screenshots of the action. So any sort of framework or nudge in the right direction would be great. Or if you want to write up the whole thing, that'd be great too (legal disclaimer: all submited aritcles become our property and we reserve the right to edit them as we see fit...basically, we'd edit for grammer and maybe add/remove some sections as neccessary)

Now, when it comes to the more basic tasks (i.e. "Get 35 Bronze Bricks") we haven't fully decided how we want to handle those. What we will probably end up doing with those is list the NPC(s) that will give you the task, the restrictions and essentially what ends up in your Quest window (and perhaps, if possible, the text dialog that NPC's give you...this often can contain useful information like directions and such that is sometimes ommited from the description in the Quest window). Of course, reward(s) would be listed, as well...

I see no way to directly go to Techniques.

Only method I've found so far is to go to Resources>"some tech comp">Technique.

However, that requires that you already know one of the comps needed by the tech. To me, the information should flow the other direction. For instance, Technique>Craft/Adventure/Attribute>Tech Comp List.

No Hratli, the only unarmed class that doesn't get 10 evasion is flmd and that is because of their "damage"

The technique section isn't quite finished, yet, that's why it's not fully displayed. All I currently have completed and ready is name and ingredients. There's no stats displayed yet which is really the main thing you want to see in a technique. I should have those done in the next week or so...

To be honest, I didn't mean to live in the link in the Resources section ;-)

I think I've also come up with a way to display all the quests. I'm quite pleased with how it's shaping up! There's a few things that need to be worked out with Tulga before it's completed, but I may go ahead and toss it up to start generating feedback...

Hmm... I'll go look at it again, but I believe that I only have a base of like 980 or 990 at 100 SpiritD.

I'm guessing thisis just be a site technical issue, but when I was viewing the Ice categoryspell listings, pictures next to the Ice Bolt series and Improved Ice Bolt series of spells were not loading. Could use a double check on the availability of the image resource and perhaps a lookfor syntax or typo errors in the HTML code.

Thanks for the head's up... I think this spell was a newly added one, which is why the icon wasn't in there before (didn't exist/wasn't used before now, so I never uploaded it...)

I know that I need to set up a system to ensure this sort of thing is caught before hand, though...thanks for giving me a kick to get it done sooner rather then later :-)

OK, so originally I said only one thing, [6] but having played round more, I found another nice thing to have. I'm working through the armor section. VERY useful, though, it'd be nice to be able to sort by tier as well as armor slot. I'm sure this is much more difficult than my last suggestion, but nice none-the-less. [8-|] Still LOVE this site. I think that can be arranged. I've already got the framework for sorting the tables in (see the simple-items as an example...). It's just a matter of taking the time to port it across the entire system. Unfortunately, right now there's a little bit of a problem with the Tier information, so until that gets sorted out the sorting won't really be practical in your case anyways.

Do you think there is any possibility you might be able to incorporate an HCC (Horizons Crafting Calculator) equivalent into the website as it has not been updated in months and it already has some mistakes. I don't think anyone has taken over keeping program updated.

I could mabe have a couple of sugestion ! :)
There is some component (ressource section) that you don't automaticly know what monster's drop them. Like the energy bone splinter and stuff like that so mabe say what monster drop them.
Also the spell's that are righten not player createble can we atleast know were to get them O_O heheh
Section for rare item would be nice, like the crafter's blessing tech.: what are the monster's that still drop them!?!
But anyways this is a great site and you guy put alot of time on it and we apreciate it alot (well I do anyways hehe )
Aucus: adult lunus now over 4 years old! 100/100/92 AROP completed
    Nightmare: proud ancient lunus, 94/100/40.

I found energy bone splinters by doing a search in treasure:

    http://horizons.gamersinfo.net/treas...;type=resource

And as for the Crafter's Blessing Technique, it's interesting, I do a search for Blessing and get everything BUT that...perhaps a data error or perhaps it's because there's one for each? Take a look at this link and we'll also have it looked at.

I'm not really familiar with how this works, so I can't really say for sure.
