The effect gives +15/30/45/60 for tiers 1-4, so should correctly give +75.

Level 5-9 Town Marshall Tasks:

Quest: Town Marshall: Pig Practice

Quest directs and requires players to kill "Gruoks" which no longer exist. The correct mob is Wild Gruoks.

The old level 6-10 style gruoks: Angry Grulets are spawning just east of Sslanis. These mobs have no loot, just cash and the quests no longer refer to them.
