If you do rop at 100 you can solo it, haven't heard of lower levels trying it solo.

Nerfed means reducing the power of an ability. For example, say a warrior has a spell that stuns for 30 seconds and does 12k damage. When they nerf it, it will stun for less time like baybe 15...
