I've noticed that the Crystalshaper Mastery Questline from "Balennos the Crystalshaper" only available to Lairshapers school. Makes more sense when Crystalshaper school can do it as well

This is not a bug. Blights are present in the Northern Deadlands, not within the Trandalar Rift any longer.

enranged elite blighted blights have 4830 hp, normal blights got about 2350 hp. i think its to much for a +2 level more than the normal one. 2500 hp or 2600 hp should be ok for enranged.
