    Re: Fun Fact

Oh wow, that reference went right over my head. xD Then again, I've never seen that movie. I should see it though! I feel like a bit of a moron now for replying seriously..

    Re: Fun Fact

That's how I usually fly, though I tend to just drop like a rock from the sky if I lower my camera all the way, but it's the fastest! (is what I calculated the fastest speed from) That would be neat...

    Re: Fun Fact

Oh my, NT is on the map! Dang, the world looks so different there. So much green, so little blight.

Also, referring back to earlier, I clocked my biped with 50 speed running away from a stationary...

    Re: Fun Fact

I'm not sure if you're just taking Istaria's speed numbers as fact here or you actually clocked it and the speed measurement is different from velocity. I'll clock it when I get home, though, to see...

    Re: Fun Fact

Yeah, from different angles of ascension. Recently I was made aware of a way to 'ride the air' by flying up then holding down immediately after and it apparently speeds up your fly speed, so if I get...

    Re: Fun Fact

Geeze, guys, read up some before you judge me for the 1/24 second! xD Meepsa is the one that originally suggested that idea based on the fact clocks rotate faster. I just decided I'd do the...

    Re: Fun Fact

Sorry for ressurecting an old thread, but I did some calculations on the hardness of Istarian minerals versus tiers. My results were... interesting.
    Currently we have:
    T1 - Sandstone - 7
    T2 -...

    Re: Fun Fact

Yeah.. exactly XD Just like Jupiter has 8 hour days. It rotates fast, it doesn't just have 2/3 of a second seconds. =P

But the meters I got were using the Istarian measure system. You know, the...

    Re: Fun Fact

There is almost no way for me to figure out Istaria time ._. I only used the real-life clock... but an Istarian day is 1 hour. So 1 second would be 1/24 of our seconds. I'll try to figure out speed...

    Re: Fun Fact

I got the calculations by clocking distance vs time. I had my character Dorokane somewhere out of sight in a group with me, anchored and still. Using the group's "x meters away" system, I marked down...

    Re: Fun Fact

That's true.. I didn't really think of that.

I'm glad you like it ^^ I'm finding it amusing figuring things out.
(I wonder if I can find out the size/proximity of the moon...)

    Re: Fun Fact

The size of Istaria from the North to the South is 28km.

Pluto is around 2200 km in diameter.

Pluto is smaller than our moon.

Istaria is tiny if that is the entire planet.

    Fun Fact

A dragon flies at 45.32 MPH (74.16 KPH) when at the most efficient flying angle. (When you middle-mouse-click and drag your camera to look all the way down)

    However, when flying straight forward...
