Bloodmages cast mystic spells since they work off of the Spirit skill and to a lesser extent Blight so I am not sure that could be the reason. But I do not have the inside knowledge you do [:)]....

I have noticed a possible discrepancy for two nature spells, Shocking Blast and Thunder Cloud. Bloodmages are not allowed to cast those two spells even though they can cast every other nature spell.

Yes, I paid closer attention after you mentioned it Kuma and you are right it would only proc if I used ravage etc. Not very good for a caster crystal [:(]
