Launcher version 4.29 is still working on xp64 or vista with older java versions
only newer versions get the loginerror

Blight runs fine with patching etc ...
its Chaos only, and most likely an internal Network Problem ... -- no access to Char Database

One Question:
Whats the Reason to reduce the Timer of Caster/User only Abilities except for increased Data Transfer and used Processor Time ?
The comtrary would make sense .... set them to...

If i could sell my plots to a char i could afford to block the vault for an unknown time i would do it .... but after its no longer possible to sell the plot(s) to another Player this isnt possible...
