I have this same issue, not sure if it is causing my problem. GTX 980 using 353.30 drivers. Tried the new launcher, still reports negative 1Mb as shown above for video memory.

Thanks for the response. I saw that message, downloaded the new launcher, still says -1mb and no problems were fixed for me.
