Because I prefer names for monsters that are distinctive instead of dull and boring. Flame, Fire, Ice, Frost, Green, Purple, Red. These are super dull names for things.

None of those items are new, they have been around since Frosthounds were added in 2009. The head is a quest turn-in in Aughundell.
