That's definitely much better than what was suggested before. It was super overpowering before but now it's notable without being glaring. :)

Have to agree with the rest of the thread here with this - town-specialized portals stuck into Bristugo looks really... wonky, to say the least. They look out of place and just too fancy-looking for...
