noticed at the arena last night that shining blades cannot be multicasted. maybe with the change to multicast, it won't because shining blades isnt marked as a "spell" ? (even though it is)

Issue is multicast perfect spells is now ranged only. Shining blades is center on self

Hope that gets fixed, blades has bad damage using it just once, i thought the reason it was turned down on damage and had a higher recycle time then cyclone is because conjurers get multi faster
