This is new Platinum Mine in the Saritova Mountains. The mine Requires all Tier 1-5 Construction resources, except Bronze. To get there head South from Yewn up to where the Yew Trees and Treeants are. Then head up to the Second Level where the Yew Trees and Treeants and Fire Opal nodes are. The Mine is in the middle of the second level,against the Mountain to the South. The way up the mountain to the second level is located South of the Grapevines.
