LTB : Mithril Mining pick teched with Mining/Quarrying/Str

At a Minimum I need tier 3 techs, would be happy with tier 4 techs, THRILLED with t5 techs.

Let me know here what tier techs you can apply and what items I need to gather.

Warzen can apply t5 mining/quarrying but only has t3 str. I keep hoping he will get str 5 tech soon.
