When your lifestyle is harmful to yourself, sometimes you need to be made aware of that fact. Otherwise you may never fix it until its too late.

I've seen you run yourself into depression over the smallest issues, Saphire. You repeatedly attacked me ingame last summer for what you knew was my usualy behaivior. Then proceeded to act apologetic about it.

A revision of your habits is may be in order.

But thats your choice. I just wanted to plant that seed in your mind.
