Still possible to get a character copied to Blight?

I was curious about this also. Could I get an updated version of D-K be transferred to blight?

And here is the answer I got back. :)

You can do this from the web page login now. Sign into your account normally, then on the left side of the page you will find a link for My Characters. After using My Characters, there will be a menu on the right hand side of the page with the selection, Copy to Blight. That will allow you to pick your characters for copy, and check on the status of your request. (When a copy is in the queue to be copied it will say Pending in the Processed column, and the next time characters are copied to Blight your character(s) will go to Blight.)

OK, so when are character copies done?

I think it said on the web site that they make char copies at 12PM PST on M, W, and F.

I requested a move on Saturday, and Tuesday morning my character was copied over.

I REALLY wish they would nuke the whole <playername>_chaos, <playername>_order extension though... I'm sure it helps automate the process so they won't have name collisions, but I wish the code would check Blight first for a character name match, and only add the _<servername> extension if there is one.

With so few people on Blight, I can't see too many character name matches happening.
