Restart time?

According to the login page, the server will restart at 8.00pm PDT on 25th October.

I think that's 1.00pm on 26th October in Brisbane, but it's now 1.36pm.

Can anyone convert it to GMT for me pls, maybe I have PDT wrong.

west coast is 3 hours behind the east coast its now 11:40 so its 8:40 over there.
