A Few Bugs

1) The Plot Survey screen for Saritova shows up with 0 plots and has none of the plots listed.

2) Carmo should be listed on portals as Guild: Carmo. It also is showing up on more then 1 portal in Brustigo and a few racial town portals like New Rachival and I think Aughendell.

3) Beginner Festival Candies, Beginner Festival Meats, Beginner Festival Fireworks and Journeyman Festival Fireworks are not on any of the Festival NPCs as listed with last patch.

4) Apprentice Ulairi in New Rachival does not give candy to you as she says when Trick or Treating.

Might want to fix the Patch Notes to reflect this as the words Currently and now available make it seem they are currently available.
