Has invisible dye been fixed, yet?

I wanted to know, if the invisbile dye crafting has been fixed.

1. If I craft items with invisible dye are they invisible?

2. Can I equip them now, or is the "requirements not met" still in game?

3. Are previuosly crafted items doomed or can they be equipped, when the bug is solved?

So basically, I am up on ordering my next armor and I would like to know forefront if ti is working already.

NOTE: I am on EU shards, too.

Two days ago I brought up some cargo gear in preview mode for someone and added the invisible dye tech. The preview still showed the races listed
- Dryad
- Saris
etc. instead of
- dryad, saris, etc.
which I took to mean that the tech was still bugged.

I believe that the fix should go live as soon as the next update from Blight, but a dev would be much better at giving a definitive answer than I.
