Am lvl 50ish Enchanter, need tips on how to lvl . . . I do not like to kill wisps nor delete units. Seems to be difficult finding others that need glowing units for construction.

Your two options are to either sell them. Hoard them (at least until unlimited vaults are over), or apply them to something.
If you have a plot, put up some tier III structures apply, then destroy it to start over again when they are full. Or make some friends with your free materials. ;)
