patching help

need some help, each time i try to patch i get an error stating "one or more files failed to patch, please run again"

Ive done 4 full scans and they all turn out this way!

I had something very much like that -- kept stalling on patch at the same file. I couldn't do a darn thing to replace it with a working file. In the end, I found out my hard drive was corrupted and as it was under warranty, Gateway sent me a new one. Haven't had my Palm software or Photoshop since then, but HZ works!

Anyway, you might want to do a scan disk or some such.
