Player built consignment stores

Do player built consignment stores have the item limit of 10 items for everyone including the owner? Does the owner of the plot get any advantages from or at the connie?
I already know about the different tiers and the associated fees. But if that is all that is different from the public ones then I'm not interested in building one ...
You would think having a shopkeeper to store and sell the plot owners wares wouldn't be to much to ask for but haven't seen one yet [^o)]

If I remember right, player built consigners had there item limit raised to 20 items for the plot owner's account.

I put a Saris General store on mine and all my guildies have been able to put more than 10 items on it. I haven't tested to see how many we can put on, but i'm thinking it's around 15.
