I know the thread was moved and locked, but apparently there is something else to worry about: Microsoft itself. In one of their updates and hotfixes for Windows, the security setting in Internet Optionswas adjusted and now isa serious factor in whether or not Horizons runs. This has nothing to do with how well (or not) people know how to build their own systems or how well (or not) the computer can handle the game.
