Mobs appear to be tiered by mob type not by the rating of that one type. Think thier the *kings* of that mob thus should be a bit higher. Think it's fine the way it is. If you want T6 drops would recommend the Eastern Blight.

Then sounds to me like the bug is in Lorgus and he needs to have his drops rescaled to the rest of his kind.

Based on how other mobs are treated, he should be Tier 6. Thanks for pointing it out.
