My T4 pawnshop was just finished and come to find out the door is on the opposite side of what it was displayed as when I laid out my plot.

Also, I'm finding that the 3rd and 4th tiered pawn/consignment shops to be sub-par in compairison to some of the grandfathered ones. I'm not suggesting nerfing the grandfathered buildings, but perhaps making the incentive to build the tiered buildings a better.

I'll make sure to pass this info on, but after a while the grandfathered structures will no longer be available. I think the plan was if they're not planned within a month you don't get them anymore. So if you want the old stuff, get it planned before too long. Eventually only the tiered structures will be available.
