Tiers 1-4 in carpentry, weaving, masonry, fitting.. some enchanting too, but please apply..

As i've many silos to make ([:S]15), i need to know the cost of one silos (low cost [N][N] ), then i can say you how many to build [H] ...consider that the plot is in front of the pad in winter's peak (Bristugo-----winter's peak)
