Characters Missing

My characters are all missing from the main screen? This happening to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix this? Grrrrr so frustrating[:'(]

If servers are undergoing maintenance, characters are not shown. I don't know if USA servers are undergoing maint as of now though.... (EU player)

yeah mine are missing as well.

Mine are missing from my account I can also access my girlfriends account and her's are not missing so the problem does not appear to be on my computer also the log in screen looks wrong the menu that should be along the left hand side of the window is extended past the middle of the window

Are they missing or not showing up becuase the left side of the screen is borked and takign up too much space? That is the problem I am haivng, can't see my charaters to selct them it appears.
