Transferrable Abilities List?

I've searched high and low for a complete list of transferrable abilities, and, although I have found many other useful lists, I have yet to find one. Is there one made, and if so, could you direct me to it? And if not, would someone be willing to create one? I'd give it a try myself but my experience in that stuff is limited.

If you go here (http://horizons.gamersinfo.net/schools/schools.php) and then look up individual schools, you can view each specific ability and it will say "This ability is masterable" or "not-masterable".

And in fact you could try this link too, http://horizons.gamersinfo.net/abilities/abilities.php, though I believe monster and crafter abilities are also listed there.
