When I got Cloe to step 9 Speak with Fulthas the quest did not advance.
Fulthas keeps asking me to join the Miner school anddoes notmention the quest.

This has been an issue since November and apparently hasn't been brought up enough to get it resolved. I personally have filed 2 different support tickets on this.
First one was ticket number 79094 on Friday, November 25, 2005 where it was claimed that one of my characters was bugged causing it to fail.
Next came ticket number80382 on Wednesday, February 01, 2006. Whichwas 'solved' by the CSR just providing the right item to advance the quest.
I wonder how many others have tried to complete this quest since November and actually successfully completed it w/o CSR intervention? It's my opinion if the quest is broken to the point that it takes CSR intervention to complete then maybe the quest should be disabled until which time its repaired propertly.
