    Default Can Not Play

    I posted this in the Questions and Answers board too, and thought I would post here as well. I want to play. Need help!

    I was playing Horizons before Christmas and had all my characters up to level 20 and one to level 44. I got a new PC for Christmas. A AMD X2 3800+ and had to reformat the hard drive.

    Well I had issues with it connecting to the internet and finally this past weekend I got those issues resolved. So I installed Horizons on my new PC and go to log in and play. Only to find out that it tells me that, "Your user name and password were not found".

    I tried the "Password help" link only to get a message saying, "We are unable to verify your identity at this time. If you need further assistance please contact customer service".

    Well I need help. I do not want to loose my characters. I had property and was in a good guild with my level 44 guy. If I lost my characters what happens to my property? Who can I contact to get back in the game?

    See I can log onto the message boards but I do not exsist in the game?? Why? I know my email address and password so why does it say it can not find me?

    Please help!! I want to play this game and not go back to WoW.

    Are you logging in through the website or the stand-alone launcher?

    Do you have .NET installed on your new system?

    Can you log in to the support.istaria.com website?

    I am having the same problem with a brand new trial account I set up for my son.

    He is using the stand-alone launcher to get in.

    He does have MS .NET Framework 1.1 installed on his PC.

    He also can't log in to the support.istaria.com site website.

    Any ideas? Please advise.

    Still waiting on a response from them.
