UPDATE!!
My Tavren in Kion is no more, for with the help of others, I have aquired a lair in Heather.
The tavern in Heather is now finish and open to the public!
It is stocked with the same goods that were in the Kion Tavren, and there is a full set of machines open to the public right next door! Soon there will be public machines in my lair as well.
