promotional account

I have downloaded the horizons client with a promotional key, but when i try to make an account it says that the key is not a valid key( to short ).

Can any1 help me?

You didn't mention whether this was on Unity or the US servers but in case it is the US servers, when you click on Create Account, follow the prompts, once you reach the page to input the code, it should already be there in the appropriate box...TUGALC.

At one time there were two buttons...Create Account or Trial Account... but I just looked and now clicking Create Account is the only one and it follows the method I mentioned above.

I do not know if how the Unity (EU) account creation is set up so if you are trying to create on Unity, someone more knowledgeable about the EU side of things will have to help you.

i think i have a Unity key because i don't see TUGALC at the code area.
But thx anyway, i'll just have to wait longer for some1 to answer.
