Seen this "Hi8"-effect many times. God knows what it means though ...

First noticed it on the Scabreia staff for the 'consumes' and 'hoard cost' values. Since then it keeps appearing in the most unexpected places - maybe it's part of a hidden quest ?!? [:P]
