Can you explain where you are getting stopped in trying to setup a new trial? And, if you happen to know your old username and password you should be able to reactivate your old account if you wish.

I get stopped on the trial at the login part, I do not remember my old password, and the password helper says it's down.

Mystery solved! I had forgotten that we had two cd-keys on one account, so I was under Moleni's account.

So I have another question. If I use the trial on Moleni and my account (we have 2 cd-keys) will Moleni be allowed to do the trial as well? Or will we need to share the time?
