Portal Pad needed in Ker'tis

Hey, I do have a concern about access to one of the dragon guild lair communities in Trandalar. Ker'tis is remote and can only be reasonably accessed via flight from Rift's Edge. Certainly it would be reasonable to provide a port pad to give access to those with cargo disks to build these lairs. It would be neat to put the port pad near the "ice claws" to give a setting as they come into this northern lair community. Around 25114/38853.
