Improved Spirit Bolt damage

I noticed last night that my improved spirit bolt 5 was doing spirit damage last night while I was out at the maple spawn near Spires Shadow. I thought this was fixed already?

The spell description still says ethereal damage, so I assume the actual damage is broken perhaps....

Can a forum moderator move this please? I just saw the post for strange damage types.

No, it does spirit damage, the damage IS ethereal, but the type is spirit

Ahh, okay. I expected it to actually say 'Ethereal Damage'. Been so long since I used it I never noticed if it ever said anything diffferent.

Basically it does spirit damage which is just a standard damage type. But it is applied against ethereal armor, rather than standard armor.
