    Default Dispirit Foe

I'm wondering how the attack rollof Dispirit is calculated. Is it dependend on your overal adv. lvl or your cleric lvl? Or is it dependend on your wep skill or Life skill?
I've got Dispirit bij lvl cleric a bit and amnow multiclassing healer since it provide superior heals. But i don't want Dispirit to become obsolote due to low attack roll.

I must not understand Dispirit foe, I thought all it did was a mob attack debuff..???

It is only attack debuff, and the roll of which effects its hit chance % is augmentation skill i think, as it is augmentation spell or atleast it has been listed as augmentation always.

I am not sure how it is calculated, but even when I had low augmentation skill, less than 600, the highly useful Dispirit Foe would still strike on much higher lvl mobs, quite consistently. I hazard a guess that it depends on the mobs, magic resistance / evasion.

Dispirt foe is your friend, dispirit foes is many friends :)
Always found these 2 abilites of great use in any class i took. I mean 50% attack speed...that is like half the attacks!

Just to set the record straight, Dispirit Foe/Foes
does not cut your enemies' attack speed in *half*,
but rather by 33%, which is still quite useful.

What it *does* do is modify the attack speed by
    +50%. Example:

Enemy Attack Speed = 4 seconds

Dispirit Foe modifies it by +2 secs (+50%)

Resulting Attack Speed = 6 seconds (not 8)

meaning the MOB is now 66.7% as fast in its
    attacks, or 33.3% slower.

Thanks for that Helcat. I hadn't thought of it that way before. I read "50% increase in delay" which translated into my brain as "half as fast attack". LOL seems silly now that I think about it.

Funny, I had always thought that dispirit worked with life skill? Could be wrong. It is definately affected by a mobs magic evasion. I have trouble hitting same level spiders (high E and ME), but can hit somelvl 120 mobs no problem (i'm lvl 46 healer). I'm guessing those are the mobs with little/no magic evasion.

Blessed Mother, I never really appreciated how effective dispirit is until those nasty ol' pygmies started using it on ME! Now I know how bad it is to be on the receiving end and I use it all the time.

LOL I was in the same boat you are. Didn't use it till it was used on me. Now I follow the golden rule:).
