This seems to happen with some of the FilePlanet keys from time to time. I'll PM you a new trial key to use instead and it should work.
However, make sure you are using IE 5.5 or higher to access the website.

TY Amon for your attention but I dont have a 7 day trial. (2 accounts is suffiencent for now *grin*) I just have had several people who have had this problem and wanted to bring attention to this for them.
