'Healing Adept' and heals over time

I'm currently a single class druid (only level 14 :P ) and have been considering taking cleric (and eventually replacing it with healer and dropping the cleric levels with the quest) for the extra heals and the 'Healing Adept' line.

These are listed on gamersinfo.net as masterable abilities, and I'm wondering if the '+x-x heal' affects the druis Heal-over-time abilities and spells such as Growth, Regrowth, etc, and if so, is the bonus applied to rach of the small heals of these spells?

Nothing seems to affect heal over time since its a static augmentation, even techs don't alter anything but the initial tick. Also being nature based I'd doubt regrowth would be helped by that ability, not much of a way to test it either.

Yes the the Devs have told us Dragons that their is nothing that can effect Hots. Techs only effects the first tick of any heal over time.
