Tier IV/V Tech List (what techs do you have?)

What we have here is a list of T4/5 techs that people on the Order server have, and are willing to make items with. If you have T4 or T5 techs, and are willing to make items for the public at large, please reply to this post with what techs you have, and what types of items you can make (tools, weapons, cloth armor, etc).

Someone asked me to also put down what components are required for these techs. Backfilling this would be very difficult, so instead I am going to post a few helpful links that should more than take care of your tech questions and needs.

This site is great! It has techs crossreferenced by type, ingredient, etc.

This is the coolest thing ever! It allows you to plan out ANYTHING to be crafted, as if you had all the techs in the game and the ability to make everything. It allows you to completely set up what you want, how you want it, and will even give you an html report with all the comps you need, cost, etc. Use it, you will love it, and whoever crafts for you will love you even more.

Primal Range/Damage have never existed till new techs and all things primal are dragon only.
