Well, it kind of depends how long it's been since you played last I guess. There are the epic weapons to get, that can take a while unless you are lucky or pretty hardcore. Some are whole weps that come in 1 drop and others are pieces that have to be put together. There are some higher lvl quests like the northern imperial outpost, the mobs are a decent challenge. And then keep an eye out for the coming of the blighted labrynth. I think that should prove interesting from the sounds of it.
