Still testing fixes, nothing is acceptable to date.

Well, I'm going to keep an eye out for this issue to be resolved, but in the meantime I'm going to cancel my subscription. Can't really see paying to play, when I'm not really playing.

After the the announcement of the change of ownership, I sent an e-mail asking for info on this issue. I received a very nice, prompt reply as follows:

Hi Mordoth:

We appreciate the time you took to send this query. Yes, we are aware of this issue and are working with the original engineering team to get a handle on what progress was made on this fix and what if anything remains to be done to get a fix rolled out. Frankly, we have received varying opinions about the status of the fix, and are trying to make a real determination. It is going to be a few days before we have the real story, so just as soon as we know for sure what the status is, we will advise you via e-mail, and the community via the forums.

I'm looking forward to hearing more about a resolution to this issue, which for me is a game-stopper, as I cannot log in w/o disabling my sound card. Something which I am unwilling to do.
