Thread: Unable to Create Account

    I too am having that problem. All of a sudden the system doesn't have my info anymore and it keeps telling me the account is expired yet it was to be billed on the 12th of every month. I chose 1 month.. thought it was reoccuring unless you cancelled it. Guess not.

    Edit: I just checked my account and payment was posted on the 13th.

    well, i was hoping it will all be done by the weekend,
    so lets see


    OK, i have managed to make an account somehow, trough allot of hassle,
    now when i try to play the game some kind of transporting error occurs,
    and it tells me it's due to payment...hm...
    i will keep trying..at least the "create account" button isn't
    disabled anymore, so they must be working on it...

    Yep same problem here too

    It seems there is no link on the right hand side to create some billing info so i can acctually play this game.

    Don't get too frustrated, ST Dragon, they ARE working on it as we speak and it's affecting me too. Believe me, they want all the new people that they can get ahold of. <grin>

    yes, same here, i cannot even log in now, when i try , i accept the terms,
    but that is as far as it goes, a little note comes up saying that my account has expired or something, and if the billing is not on the next screen, i must press "add billing" from somewhere on the right hand side ,but when i press the OK button, i am back at the log in screen, and it says i am appearing not logged in...so its all the same, think they will fix this soon though .hope so )

    edit: p.s. it actually says Error ID 71.

    Well, on the new account, I cannot even try to add a CC. I can on the old one, but it doesn't do anything.

    I always get the message:

    Error Recieved: FREQUENCY_TYPE

    The error message is in a bad spot and not easily noticed.

    There is nothing invalid with the information I entered. I even went up to a years subscription because that is the only thing I can imagine is related to frequency.

    Was gonna give this game a shot, guess that is out of the question since I cannot even create an account.

    Most of the account bugs have been fixed EXCEPT for the new account creation.

    You can indeed email [email protected] or PM me and either way we'll inform you when a fix has been implemented.

    For those who had expiration problems, your accounts should be fixed.

    hmm,
    i can log in now without problem, but now it does not get me to the
    "play Istaria" page, so i can log in, bit i can't play, it gets me to the
    developer's notes instead, and i cannot seem to find the "play" button there..
    any ideas?

    If you have a toon already created look down the right side for his name otherwise there should be a create Char down the right side column, if I remember right.

    Maja,

    Are you creating a new account or updating credit card information? If so, that bug has not yet been fixed. I will post when it has.

    Waldron, can you clarify? Are you able to enter credit card info? Are you using IE?

    yes, sorry for delay,
    i am able to play without problems now,
    i have made one character, but cannot create second one,
    i do press "create new character" link, but when i press create,
    it brings me back to the previous screen..
    i am trying to get this to work at the moment,
    apart from that though everything is OK!!!

    What's your status?



    Waldron,

    Try you should be looking at something SIMILAR to the previous screen. It's asking you to pick a shard for the new character. Pick the shard and press play...see what happens.

    Well.. first it didn't want to accept my adress because it was containing a Ø. which is a norwegian letter and fully valid. I changed it to O as the postal services gets the picture anyways...

    Now it doesn't want to accept my "state" because it's outside US/Canada...
    I'm using IE. Could it be related to me always playing on US server?

    i think i wanted to have the same shard as the character i have created,
    i did somehow managed to did it, but honestly, i don't know how..it kept bringing me back to the previous screen...
    and, i know it is a stupid question, but what does it mean to pick a shard..
    and how do u do it...?

    Maja,

    Yes, you're having issues because it's not currently set up for anything other than NA addresses. Do your best to get through it and if you need your address fixed manually, fake it, submit a ticket with your correct address and we can fix it.
