Luca, can you tell us abit what is happening as what did you all do and have to do? Was there a merge of the 3 databases into 1 new one and is the hardware adjusted to it. Are the characters allput in the Unity server list (so when we logon the login page we will see Unity offline and not the 3 old servers)?
Just some technical info as i'm interested to know (and perhaps others too) and it gives us a better understanding what the whole thing means for you at GN.

Luca one question for you, as you know as soon as the server is up and running the auctions will be restarted, however what will be the order of them now?
Before when we had seperate server you guys changed the order to reflection the situation that we didn't have a merge, but now that we have had one, which of the following will it be?
Guild->Old->New as was on US servers (how it should be now post merge)
or Guild->New->Old as we were going to have it.

We are finishing the work on the game database right now, the last part will be performed tomorrow morning on the account database so we should be able to start testing the new shard internally quite soon.

During the last part of the work the login website will remain down.

By the way, this evening we have started a secondparallel consolidation process just in case the first one should meet too many errors.

The second process is running without the issues and problems we have met with the first one so it should be much smoother and much faster, but hopefully we won't need it at the end.
