Blighted Capes

Hi again,

My blighted cape won't take recharge kits. Well actually I have used 2 recharge kits but it still says 0/750 after I relog. When I first use the recharge kit it says 550/550 however once I log it goes back to 0/750 and my recharge kit is gone.

What kind of Blighted Cape? (material)

Ironsilk are the ones I know Ivy and a friend of mine are having issue with.
