So, Angry gruok sows and angry gruoks have meat, while angry grulets do not.

For some reason, plain old grulets do have meat.

So either the generic grulets are bugged or the angry grulets are bugged.

You are probably right that they should be harvestable for meat and hide. But as they are babies, it should not be much. I have corrected this, but it is a miniscule amount.
