There is no visual clue. It is a matter of philosophy and a choice each dragon must make as part of the Rite of Passage.

There's no practical difference between the two besides whether or not you like getting a T&C boost or a Primal boost in the endgame, plus whether or not you would rather see your dragon breathe lightning or ice.
The differences in concept look fun though, maybe it's something we'll see in the future. :\
I look like a Lunus, and I act like a Lunus, except I breathe ice and I have a boost to Primal.

You have some Lunus who are biped friendly. You have some Helian who are biped hostile. It all depends on which bonus and breath weapon you want.

yeah, but at the moment, it doesnt matter because there is no PvP

Actually, there is PvP, in the arena.
Why wouldn't it matter? The way dragons can be hostile to bipeds is done through roleplay, not actual fighting.
