This Thank You goes out to the Person(s) responsible for changing the way we access out accounts/subscriptions.

Before it was extremely, if not nearly impossible, to determine exactly which account it was you were canceling so that you could upgrade (or downgrade).

NOW...I can see all my active accounts, find the one I desire to alter and no longer need to cancel it to change its resubmit. So simple now...that account, upgrade to 6-months...done...

I like it much better also, but.....there is an issue with IE 7 beta that won't allow it to display the "nonsecure" information without hitting the bar to grant it access. In my case, when I hit that button, it caused it to "refresh" and I was double billed. I actually wanted to pay for 2 subs anyway, so it didn't make a difference, really.
