Thread: what's the point?

    Default what's the point?

Why have a pc and mac accessories board?
The board is about a mmorpg and there reall y is no usefull accessorie for a mmorpg aside from a mouse and keyboard that everyone allready has anyway.

    And why the Mac board?
There isn't even a mac version of the client(unless they changed that in the last two months.)
May I use it to bash Quicktime and Itunes? :P

(no troll post, honestly want to know why people think this forum is a good idea.)

Yeah I have a Nostromo n52 as well. But obviously it was designed for a man's hand 'cause it is way too big to be comfortable for my small hands. I have been thinking of getting a Fang to replace it.

They want to make the boards "productive" to a gaming environment and what do gamers talk about ... well, this gamer does not talk about PC accessories. But I guess maybe others do.

Maybe it is a topic they have on their SE boards and it was a success?

Because it helps to build a community. A community keeps people playing MMO's. People become "friends" on these boards. They feel like they can come here and ask about things, talk about things, and help each other out.

A common topic with gamers is computer hardware. Personally I'd have left it with the Off-Topic boards, but no one asked me.
