Horizons down???

I can't get past the authentication server.

Get and error stating that there is an internal communication error. LOL

Oh well, also can't view my account to check status, maybe it's related.

Anyone else having issues??

Yep. Same problem.

Error ID:57 - internal communication problem between authentication server and accounts database

Clicking on manage a/c and subscription links automatically brought me back to the login page.

Pls summit tickets as well my fellow Istarians.

Not sure, but in the past half hour, they have added the message that blight is down for maintenace, so who knows

Is it just a few or is everyone not able to log in? I have been trying for over an hour and usually use the stand alone launcher. I did try the regular web site launcher and it says the servers are up but still can't log on. Oh well, guess I'll get the laundry and housework done then.

new maintenance day ?

Might want to use this board to communicate when you plan to do maintenance and when you have unexpected server issues.

Its rather prudent and saves the confusion.

Although we have just had maint run on blight it has not solved the log in issues

still getting error id 57

have submitted ticket prior to blight maint.

Indeed, the staff is working to resolve this issue. I noticed that order shard was really light with players, which prompted me to see if there was already a post on this. Thanks for reporting it!

I can't log in either. Before the whine fest gets going full force, I would like to remind everyone that this doesn't happen very often. Keep in mind we are often entertained for hours for the cost of a cup of coffee...a little server issue doesn't bother me a bit.
