Unable to get quests from Kion trophy hunter

I have one character that is unable to get the trophy quests in either Kion or Sslanis. I can greet the trophy hunter and get the screen that asks if I want a quest but cannot get the screen offering the quests. I can receive quests from any other NPC and I have two other characters on the same account that can receive these quests. The only quest I have running is the wedding quest.

Anyone have any ideas?

Remove the wedding quest an try again. A lot of quests conflict with the hunter quests without a logic reason.

I see your personal problem is solved, but, in case others have a problem that don't have the wedding quest, here's my solution.

Delete quests (or complete them) in your log that deal with killing a certain amount of monsters. My warrior/cleric lvl 10ish quests had me killing x amount of zombies and x amount of creatures over a certain level. These prevented me from getting trophy quests.
